Terms & Conditions | om pilates Southport

1. Membership Options & Fees

Included in all memberships (except Private Reformer Membership):

  • Unlimited instructor-led group classes
  • Unlimited kiosk-led classes, 7 days a week, 4am–10pm
  • Access to massage chairs when available

Membership options include:

  • Weekly Unlimited – $55/week: Full access to the studio, group classes, kiosk-led classes, and massage chairs. Sauna sessions available as an add-on during staffed hours.
  • Fortnightly & Monthly Unlimited: Same inclusions as weekly, billed in advance.
  • Private Reformer Membership – $80/week or casual: One-on-one personalised sessions with an instructor. Does not include group or kiosk-led classes.
  • Visit Packs (1–20 sessions): Valid for either reformer or sauna (60 minutes). Includes massage chairs when available.
  • PAYG (Casual Visits): Single session access to group classes, kiosk-led classes, or sauna, subject to availability.
  • Intro Offers: Introductory offers (e.g. 7-day or 28-day) commence from the first booking, are limited to one per new client, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All memberships are no lock-in after an initial minimum 4-week commitment.

All fees are payable in advance. Memberships are non-transferable. om pilates reserves the right to adjust fees with 30 days’ written notice.


2. Payments

  • Memberships may be billed weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
  • Payments are due on the first day of the billing cycle.
  • Billing continues until written cancellation is received and processed.
  • Overdue payments incur a $5 late fee. Memberships may be suspended after 3 business days of non-payment and cancelled if fees remain unpaid.
  • Any special payment arrangements must be approved in writing.

3. Pause & Cancellation

  • Pauses: Members may pause their membership for up to 4 weeks per 12-month period. Pause requests must be submitted in writing prior to the pause commencing and are not applied retrospectively.
  • Cancellations:
    • A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required.
    • Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@ompilates.com.au and include your full name.
    • Billing continues until the cancellation period is complete.
    • All outstanding fees must be paid.
    • An early termination fee may apply to cover administrative costs and lost sessions. This may be waived in cases of relocation, medical reasons, or other extenuating circumstances with supporting documentation.
    • No refunds are provided for unused time where a membership is cancelled mid-cycle.

4. Suspension & Termination

Memberships may be suspended or terminated if a member:

  • Fails to pay fees
  • Breaches studio rules or the code of conduct
  • Engages in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour

Written notice will be provided where possible, and members will generally have 3 days to remedy the issue prior to termination.


5. Class Bookings

  • All group classes must be booked via the app or website.
  • Class availability is first-come, first-served. Unlimited members may receive booking priority.
  • om pilates reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes where required.

6. Group Class Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to class commencement.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $10 fee, charged within 48 hours.
  • All cancellations must be made via the app. Phone, email, or social media cancellations are not accepted.
  • Fees may be waived at management’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Members must act respectfully, follow safety instructions, and use equipment appropriately.
  • Breaches may result in suspension or termination.

8. Health & Safety

  • Participation in classes and use of studio facilities is undertaken at the member’s own risk.
  • Members must inform staff of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to their health.
  • To the extent permitted by law, om pilates is not liable for injuries or aggravation of existing conditions.
  • Members must comply with all health and safety procedures while in the studio.

9. Studio Facilities & Property

  • Facilities may only be used during operating hours.
  • om pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  • Members may be charged for damage caused through misuse.
  • No refunds are provided for closures due to maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Guests

  • One guest per sauna session may be permitted, subject to availability.
  • Guests must sign a waiver and comply with all studio policies.
  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

11. Privacy & Media

  • Personal information is stored securely and used solely for membership administration and communication.
  • Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please notify staff in writing if you do not wish to appear.

12. Membership Rules

  • Memberships are non-transferable.
  • Tailgating or sharing access credentials is prohibited.
  • Identification may be requested at any time.

13. Programs & Digital Kiosk

  • Members have access to a library of guided workouts via the digital kiosk.
  • Wireless headphones are required.
  • Staff are available for assistance during staffed hours.
  • Programs and availability may change at any time.

14. Bali Retreat – Additional Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to the om pilates Bali Retreat 2026 and should be read in conjunction with the general Terms & Conditions.

  • Participation in retreat activities, including physical exercise, is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Participants confirm they are medically fit or have obtained appropriate medical clearance.
  • om pilates accepts no responsibility, to the extent permitted by law, for loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, or delay during travel or the retreat.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must include medical, cancellation, and personal belongings cover.
  • Accommodation, instructors, activities, or schedules may change due to weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be to an equal or higher standard where possible.
  • A 20% deposit is required to secure a place and is non-refundable.
  • The final balance is due 12 weeks prior to departure and is non-refundable once paid.
  • Bookings may be transferred to another guest with written approval from om pilates.
  • Participants are responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, and all travel requirements.
  • Flights, airport transfers (unless stated), personal expenses, meals not listed, and optional activities are not included.
  • om pilates is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

By securing a place on the Bali Retreat, participants acknowledge and agree to these additional terms.
