General Questions

We’re open 7 days a week for members.

  • Member access: 4am – 10pm

  • Staffed hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 12pm

Reformer Pilates and sauna sessions can be booked between 4am – 9pm (sessions finish by 10pm).

We understand many of our members are busy parents. While om pilates doesn’t offer childminding, children may wait quietly in the reception area with headphones or a tablet.
For safety and to maintain a calm studio environment, children must be supervised at all times.

Reformer Pilates Questions

Our in-studio touchscreen kiosks give you access to 900+ guided Reformer Pilates workouts, available anytime between 4am – 10pm.

Simply bring your Bluetooth headphones, select your class, and follow the guided session at your own pace.

Yes. Each Reformer bed must be booked in advance through the om pilates app to secure your session.

Classes range from 5 to 50 minutes, and you’re welcome to pause or stop at any time if you need a break.

Please wear comfortable, fitted activewear and grip socks (required for safety).
Bring a water bottle and towel — all equipment is provided.

We have 8 modern Reformer beds, each paired with its own digital kiosk.

Yes — absolutely. Our sessions are designed for all levels, including beginners. You can start gently and build confidence at your own pace.

Many of our sessions include pregnancy-friendly options; however, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before attending.
Private 1:1 sessions are also available for more personalised support.

Yes. Memberships can be paused for up to 4 weeks per year, or cancelled with 2 weeks’ notice.

Infrared Sauna Questions

We have 2 full-spectrum infrared saunas, suitable for solo use or sharing with a friend.

Each booking is 60 minutes, allowing plenty of time to relax and unwind.

Loose cotton clothing or a towel is recommended for comfort.

Yes — you can connect your phone via Bluetooth or USB to enjoy music or a podcast during your session.

Infrared sauna use may support relaxation, circulation, muscle recovery, and overall wellbeing when combined with regular movement.

Massage Chair Questions

We have 2 massage chairs, complimentary for members.

Sessions are 30 minutes per visit, helping ensure fair access for everyone. If no one is waiting, you’re welcome to stay longer.

Yes — they’re a great way to unwind after your session.
